Himalayan Pink Salt and Rose detox bath

“Which is loveliest in a rose, its coy beauty when its budding, its enchanting beauty when it blooms or its splendour in my bath water….”

The Himalayan and Rose detox bath is by far the most prettiest therapeutic bath I have made to date. Not only does the added rose water smell divine the dissolved Himalayan salt crystals work wonders to the skin. Hand mined in the Himalayan mountains these salt crystals are the purest in the world and are known to contain 84 essential minerals. Often referred to as “white gold” these crystals are often used in most luxurious beauty products.

Himalayan Pink Salt and Rose bath

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. For maximum detoxification open up your skin pores by washing thoroughly before taking the salt bath.
  2. Begin to fill your bath tub with water that is above body temperature.
  3. Empty the contents of the Himalayan salts and dissolve them as the water is running.
  4. Pour in the rose water/essential oil.
  5. Add the rose petals.
  6. Soak in bath for 20 to 30 minutes and drink the cold water to add to the process of detoxification.

Tips ~ If the bath salts are coarse its best to dissolve them in a jar of water overnight.

You will feel drained after taking this bath due to toxins being removed its therefore important to mentally prepare prior to bathing.
